Dear Senior Parents,
We have many exciting events planned for your son/daughter’s senior year. Our senior package offers discounted prices for all the events we plan on holding this upcoming year. The package includes:

Form
Tickets for
individual events will be available throughout the year. If you purchase the
package now, you will be saving $55.00 over
the cost of individual tickets.
Senior packages must be purchased by December 18,
2009.
A check for $200.00 (made payable to Westview) needs to be turned into the
finance office before December 18, 2009. Packages will be available after
this date as well but the longer you wait your senior might miss out
on participating in a Senior Activity. Please keep in mind that there
are no refunds, trading, or selling places for activities.
For each event held outside of the normal school day, signed permission
slips will be required regardless of whether or not the student has
18-year-old rights. Permission slips are available online (see links below)
and should be turned into the finance office when the package is purchased,
or at the time of purchasing events a la carte. For the broomball event,
the T-9, T-30, & LSS-19 forms will need to be completed and returned to the
finance office before attending.
