TPMS Dress Code Policy

The Twin Peaks dress code is designed to promote an environment where learning is the priority. Research has shown that having a professional environment enhances student confidence and success. With this in mind, the way a student dresses and grooms his/herself should not interfere with the educational process.

School clothing should be neat, clean and appropriate for school activities. For example, a student should have proper footwear, i.e. running shoes, when participating in physical education.

School clothing should follow the standards of common decency. If clothing is determined inappropriate, students will be asked to change into their physical education clothing and/or call a parent to bring a change of clothing. Other disciplinary consequences can occur if there are repeated occurrences of dress code violations.
