• What are the eligibility requirements to go on the Harbor Cruise?
  • Students cannot have received two "U's" from two different teachers in any area.
  • Students have to be in "good" standing with the discipline office as determined by teachers and administration.
• What are the eligibility requirements to participate in Promotion?
  • Students have to be in "good" standing with the discipline office as determined by teachers and administration.
  • Students need to clear all fines with the library.
  • As a reminder, students who have been suspended are automatically placed on "probation" for behavior and could be asked to not participate in Promotion ceremonies. This would be determined by teachers and administration.
  • As a reminder, students involved in misconduct during the Promotion ceremony may be subject to discipline at the beginning of the 2009-2010 school year.
• What does Promotion look like?
  • This year, Promotion will be held in the quad. Gates will open at ___ a.m.
  • Students will need to report to their village teachers at designated spots at ___ a.m.
  • Seating of students and teachers begins at ___ a.m.
  • With the ceremony being in the quad, guest seating is limited. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended.
• Where can guests park during Promotion?
  • Parking will be available in the lot on Budwin Lane, along Twin Peaks Road, along Tierra Bonita Road, the rear of the school (baseball field area), and in St. Gabriel's parking lot.
  • The school parking lot will not be available.
• Is there a dress code for Promotion?
  • Girls - Nice dress attire is appropriate. No spiked heels. No strapless, backless, floor length or formal gowns.
  • Boys - Nice dress attire, slacks and shirt. Jacket and tie are optional. Jeans, T-shirts, tennis shoes, tuxedos are not appropriate.
