Course Request Forms
Thank you for taking the time to access our web site and learning more about the course request process for the next school year (2008-09). We are very excited to once again offer the Course Request Form on-line this year and hope you find it an effective and efficient tool in helping your child with his/her elective choices. The process is simple, yet very important in helping to assure your child is placed in an elective of his/her choice.
All students will automatically be enrolled in the following required courses:
- Language Arts
- Social Studies
- Mathematics
- Physical Education
- Science
Additionally, each student has an option to choose an elective for the year. The elective options are Full-Year or Semester (i.e., one elective for the entire school year or two semester electives for the year). The elective options are listed on the Course Request Forms. Please click on the link below that corresponds to the grade your student will be entering next school year.
