New Students

Welcome to Tierra Bonita! The following links will assist you in enrolling your new student. All new students must complete the forms listed on the "New Student Enrollment Forms from the District" page. For enrolling kindergarteners, please also complete the Kindergarten Enrollment Questionnaire and Kindergarten Helpful Information Form. For Grades 1-5, please also complete the Grade 1-5 New Student Information Form. (These are the "additional site forms" referred to on the District page.)

Also, please note that enrollment (which you accomplish by submitting the completed forms listed below and showing proof of residency, identity and immunization), is different than registration, which is required of all students and takes place in August (see dates and times below). You must complete the registration process in August to let us know that your student will be joining us for the new school year.
