Sundance enrollment dates and times for the 2010 – 2011 school year are as follows:

Begins:             Wednesday, May 12^th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Ongoing:            Sundance Main Office From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Ongoing:            

Summer hours:    The Sundance office will be closed from Friday, June 11^th thru Friday, August 13^th.  To enroll your student after this date, please contact the district office to make and appointment. Regular office hours will apply beginning Monday, August 23rd.

SCHOOL BEGINS ON THURSDAY AUGUST 26, 2010

Kindergarten and PEPP Enrollment Information
To register your child for Kindergarten or PEPP, please bring a birth certificate, current immunizations, and 2 proofs of residency to the Sundance office.  Your child must be five years of age on or before December 2, 2010.  Enrollment packets will not be accepted unless the entire packet is complete.  Upon completion, you will receive a Kindergarten readiness packet for your student.  Kindergarten and PEPP families will receive a letter in August which will indicate your child’s placement information. 

If you do not live in our school boundary, and would like to enroll in our PEPP Program, please read the PEPP Information Flyer and contact Nancy Dannhauser at the district office after Feb 1st. 

• A PEPP informational meeting for parents will be held on Thursday, March 18th at Painted Rock Elementary MPR at 6:30 p.m. PEPP Information Flyer
• Kindergarten and PEPP Orientation meeting for all incoming kindergartners and their parents will be held on Thursday, May 20th at 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the MPR.

Grades 1-5 Enrollment Information
New student enrollment for grades 1-5 will take place during the above hours beginning Thursday, May 13th.  A birth certificate, current immunizations, and 2 proofs of residency are required.

New Kindergarten and PEPP students also require the Kindergarten Information Sheet in addition to the enrollment packet on the PUSD website.  All new students must bring a birth certificate, up-to-date immunization record and 2 proofs of residency to enroll.  Don't have access to a printer?  We will have blank packets available in the office to complete.
