RB Digital Media receives 12 nominations and 3 special achievement awards at this year's iVIE Awards. Students captured 6 special achievment awards as well as top honors in three of the four categories that included Brodcast Journalism 9-12, Visual and Performing Arts 6-12, and Documentary 9-12.

RB Digital creates Podcast for the RTNDA@NAB. Students went to Las Vegas to cover the world's largest media convention in the world. The team had the opportunity to interview CNN worldwide correspondent Christian Amanpoor along with other industry legends.

RB Digital Media was honored by Apple Computer when they were one of two schools in the country to be chosen to create a video about media and education. Rancho Bernardo High School was recently chosen to be an Apple Certified Pro Training Center. Current students along with alumni talked about how digital media has impacted their learning and their education. Click here to view the video.

The RB Digital Media crew took a trip to the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California, for the Student Television Network confrence. RB Students got to meet with other high schoolers from around the country who are intrested in a simular field of work. Also, RB Students got to meet with professionals from television and film. Overall, the confrence was a big success with Connor Sullivan and John Nishioka winning an award for their work in the "Spot Feature" Catagory.
