2008-2009 CONTINUING STUDENT REGISTRATION
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
With school beginning on Tuesday, August 19, it is necessary for us to have our student registration process much earlier this year. Therefore, Midland’s continuing student registration will be held on Wednesday, August 6, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the MPR. To complete the process,
· log on to www.powayusd.com
· click on the “Continuing Student Registration” icon
· read all of the necessary documents
· print and sign the “Signature Verification Form” plus any other forms required for specific grades
· bring them with you on August 6
You will then be given a copy of your child’s DP-15 which contains all important student information, i.e. address, phone number, emergency contact information, etc. to update and make any corrections and/or additions. After you have turned in these forms, you will be given your student’s first day packet with all of the other information to take home and read. Thank you in advance for coming to school on this day! Please notify the office if you will not be able to come to school on August 6.
