Office hours:

June 23-August 5 – Office closed

Aug. 6, 7, 11-15, 18 (closed Aug. 8th)- Enrolling students new to PUSD from
              8:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. (Office closed from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

Aug. 11^th - Packet Pick-Up and WEB (Welcome EveryBody)

August 12-13-14 – Registration and enrollment from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. each day (Office closed 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

August 15 - Enrolling students new to PUSD from 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Office closed from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

August 18 – Office opens 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. (Enrollment hours 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.)

For “Grade” Issues from the 2007-2008 school year: Contact the teacher after August 20^st.

                                                         ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

ENROLLMENT:  Students NEW to PUSD may enroll their student according to the schedule below.
(This is not registration.) Forms available at www.powayusd.com

To enroll your student at Meadowbrook Middle School, please come to Meadowbrook office during
the following dates and times: (Contact person is Lynne Smith at lysmith@powayusd.com )
August 6, 7, 11-15, 18 (closed Aug. 8th) 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

REGISTRATION:  Students already attending a PUSD school (including 5^th grade students coming up from the elementary schools).

Registration packets will be handed out on August 11 from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and
3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Please fill out all paperwork before returning on your designated date and time below. If you
have moved over the summer and have a new address, you must provide two proofs of residency before registering.

Registration packet turn-in is on August 12, 13, & 14, based on student’s last name and grade as shown below.
You may come on or after your scheduled time. If you are unable to come on these dates, make-up registration
is the first day of school, August 19 at 8:00 a.m. in the gymnasium.
