New Student Enrollment Information
Beginning Monday, June 29, 2009, and continuing through Friday, July 31,
2009, new student enrollment for PEPP through 5th grade will be taking place
at the District Office.

www.powayusd.com The Del Sur office will open again on Monday,
August 10, 2009.
Kindergarten/PEPP
In order for your child to be eligible for PEPP or Kindergarten, he/she must be five years of age on or before December 2, 2009.
To register your child for Kindergarten or PEPP, you will need a birth certificate,
current immunizations, and 2 proofs of residency.
Enrollment forms are available on the
PUSD New Student Enrollment
website and in the office. In addition to the PUSD enrollment
packet, you will also need to complete the
Kindergarten Student Information Sheet. Enrollment packets will not be accepted unless the entire packet is
complete.
Kindergarten and PEPP Teddy Bear Tea Party
On Wednesday, August 19 from 12:00-1:00 p.m., your child is invited to come
meet his or her teacher and explore the classroom. Please bring a
stuffed teddy or other animal to leave at school.
Enrollment for Grades 1-5
New student enrollment for grades 1-5 will also take place at the District
office through July 31. A birth certificate, current immunizations,
and 2 proofs of residency are required.
The first day of school
will be on Thursday, August 20, 2009.
