The Creekside Educational Foundation is looking for parents, family members, teachers, staff, and others from the community to help us continue to contribute to Creekside's academic excellence.

We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:

OPEN - Board Member, Technical Coordinator
Provide technical expertise about potential classroom technologies offering insight and recommendations based on questions presented to the CEF board from both teaching and non-teaching Creekside staff members. If you have a passion for computers, computer peripherals and audio visual equipment and can spare a little time with minimal effort, youll quickly discover that this role will be extremely rewarding as youll have direct influence into the technologies that are used in the Creekside classrooms.

OPEN - Board Member, Recruiting Coordinator
Our goal is to make volunteering through the Foundation fun and rewarding while not being a burden to ourselves or our families. We can do this by having many volunteers, each with a reasonable workload, rather than a few volunteers carrying a heavy, time consuming burden. We are looking for someone to help locate and recruit volunteers through various Foundation communications, personal contacts, Creekside families, and local business contacts.

GENERAL - Event Tasks/Event Needs (Non-Board Member Roles)
Many of the CEF fundraising events require simple, logistically easy tasks to be performed that contribute to the success of the event. Please click on the EVENTS tab to see where you can help out with minimal time required.

You may be surprised just how easy it is to help Creekside without a significant time commitment by doing something such as confirming Creekside Connections directory listings, bringing Halloween decorations, providing a fog machine/strobe light, being a roaming photographer at an event, getting soccer balls, finding soccer nets, being a score keeper, referee or coach, helping to set up for Monte Carlo Night on event day, putting up banners, helping to store and transmit Monte Carlo Night baskets and much more!

We can always use help, even if it is just for an hour or two, with general Foundation activities like copying, mailing, decorating, you name it! We'd love to have you as part of our team for any minutes that you can spare!
