The academic grade each student receives at the end of the grading period is determined by their point total.  Each student begins each quarter with 100 points.

Participation is a large part of the letter grade.  The following standards are used to evaluate students:

• Student is prepared for class (dressed out)
• Student participates to the best of their ability in all activities
• Student consistently shows effort on daily and weekly runs
• Student completes homework assignments
