What's new for Benefits in 2015?

The following changes will be effective January 1, 2015:
Kaiser:
Office/urgent care visits co-payment will increase to $20, emergency room co-payment will increase to $50 (waived if admitted). Prescription co-payments will increase; $10 generic and $20 name brand. Mail order prescriptions will increase $10 generic and $25 name brand with a 100 day supply. See pages 21-22 for details.

Aetna/Optum RX: Office/urgent care visits co-payment will increase to $20, prescription co-payments will increase; $10 generic, $25 name brand and $40 non-formulary. Mail order prescriptions will increase $20 generic and $50 name brand and $80 non-formulary with a 90 day supply. New annual out of pocket maximums will apply to prescription drug co-payments.
